Remote Experienced Accountant with HR Administrative Expertise

We are a dynamic and growing company seeking a detail-oriented and experienced accountant to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will possess strong accounting skills and the ability to handle various HR administrative tasks. This role offers the flexibility of working from home while contributing to our company's financial health and operational efficiency.

Enthusiastic, self-motivated, honest, disciplined, and able to take on additional responsibilities.

Manage Accounts
Tally each sales data
 Take care of bank deposits
Compile pending vendor payments
Computer Skills

Book keeping and Accounting

  • Maintain and update financial records using accounting software such as QuickBooks.
  • Perform general ledger accounting tasks, including account analysis and reconciliation.
  • Prepare monthly financial statements and reports for management review.
  • Monitor accounts payable and receivable to ensure timely payments and collections.
  • Keep shop clean and items arranged in the shelfs visibly atractive

HR Administrative Support

  • Assist in payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely payments.
  • Support employee onboarding and maintain personnel records.
  • Should be able to work in timings 7AM - 9AM, 10AM - 6PM
  • Coordinate with the staff to manage employee benefits and compliance.
  • Enthusiastic, self motified and time sensitive
